They will thus focus on the company activities.

The only disadvantage is that they seem a bit hard to manage. They will require a lot of effort in managing them. Employers are advised not to exploit them but rather to show them how to take initiatives to start an activity on their own.

There is also the overtime. This is another value added to the workers. When one has worked for the whole day and the work is not yet over, but the time is due, they will work for a longer time. This amount of time that they have added is referred to as overtime.

It is stressful. This is most likely seen in a situation where there are deadlines for one to complete a specific activity. They may make them to work for so long without any rest. This may be due to the bosses being very demanding or rude if the task is not complete within a specified time line.

These kinds of motivations greatly help in the day to day activities of a business. They help to maximize the amount of output that is desired. Many people shall be willing to continue when such offers are guaranteed. This will as well make the profit levels to increase at a higher rate. Motivation is thus one of the most important aspects in an organization.
